This is a creative space, so we take ownership seriously:

  • Our Content: All logos, designs, text, and graphics created by Creative Joy Collective (including those designed on Canva) are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

  • Your Content: By posting or sharing content within the collective, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content for the purpose of operating the community. You retain all ownership rights to your original work.

 

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms including Loomly (social media), Constant Contact (email), and Stripe (payments).

  • We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services.

  • Your use of these tools is also governed by their respective terms of service.

To keep the “Joy” in our collective, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the collective.

  • “Scrape” or copy our content to create a competing service.
